Though our company began in Denver, it seemed inevitable that in the pursuit of this goal, we’d naturally find ourselves in Boulder, and we were right. In 2019, CAP Management partnered with the University of Colorado Boulder’s Master of the Environment Program to develop the first-ever comprehensive guidebook on Homeowner Association sustainability. While we were drafting this document in the shadow of the flatirons, we noticed that Boulder seemed bolder. There is optimism among these homeowner associations about building a more sustainable future and a willingness to do what’s necessary to realize that future for the HOA. That’s why we love working in this community.
