CAP Management’s ASHRAE Level II Audit (as part of Energize Denver)

This video gives an overview of the Energize Denver ordinance also sometimes referred to as “Energy Benchmarking,” which requires efficiency standards for most buildings over 25,000 square feet in Denver. Some 60 of our clients are part of this ordinance, but so are we! Our office falls under the program, so we as a company must comply, alongside our clients. Then, we discuss “ASHRAE Level II audits,” which are a wonderful, fact-based analytic to understand what your building can do to reduce energy usage.
